With more than twenty years of experience, Nicole serves as the firm’s Paralegal Supervisor and Senior Litigation Paralegal. She works closely with attorneys through every stage of litigation, providing sophisticated support in case development, discovery, trial preparation, and courtroom proceedings.

Nicole has played an active role in dozens of trials alongside many of the firm’s litigators and brings deep proficiency in eDiscovery management, trial technology, and electronic filing procedures.

Nicole is a long-standing member of the Illinois Paralegal Association and the DuPage County Bar Association. She has also held leadership roles within the DuPage County Bar Association’s Paralegal Section, including service as both Chair and Vice Chair.

As Paralegal Supervisor, Nicole leads and supports the firm’s paralegal team through case and project management, training, mentoring, and workflow coordination. Her litigation experience, technical skill, leadership, and commitment to exceptional service make her a valued asset to Rathje Woodward and its clients.
