Amanda became a member at RW in 2024. She is an experienced litigator, having represented clients in probate and trust administration, supervised administration of probate estates, trust contest disputes, will contest disputes, claims of undue influence, lack of capacity disputes, and prosecution and defense of claims of breach of fiduciary duty by agents under power of attorney, trustees, executors, guardians, and administrators.

In addition to her estates and trusts practice, Amanda guides individuals and national companies through the complex legal landscape of business law. She assists business clients with litigation defense and prosecution, and succession planning. As a member, she also supports firm management and leadership.
Before beginning her career as an Attorney, Amanda worked as a behavioral therapist with children. Due to this experience, Amanda is skilled in communication, navigating difficult relationships, community outreach, public speaking, and program development. In her personal time she volunteers with Justinian Society of Lawyers – DuPage County Chapter, DuPage County Bar Association, and DuPage Association of Women’s Lawyers among others. Amanda resides in Chicago with her partner and their two dogs.

- 2018 – 2019 DuPage Legal Assistance Foundation Pro Bono Service Award
- In 2012 Amanda presented Evaluating and Addressing Substance Abuse in a Diversion Program for Maine at risk Youth at the University of New England. Her team created a research-based program to address this issue, as well as the tools to evaluate the program’s effectiveness.
